Getting all your leads
November 13th, 2011 . by adminTen years ago I decided to start my own jewelry design business. With all the competitors, and dips in the economy, I was not off to a great start. At some points it felt like I was working so hard and not reaping any benefits. I devised a plan to help my small business. I needed to put more emphasis on advertising. My store was tucked away on the corner of a strip mall, and I feared that the right cliental was not aware of my business. With all the free time I needed for advertising, I was going to be out of the shop a lot. I hired an answering service, all my calls would be sent to the service by the third ring. That way I would not lose any potential customer, asking questions about when the store was open, what kind of jewelry was sold there, and other questions, while trying to bring in more customers. That would have been counterproductive, and that is why hiring the service was essential to my new business plan. All the advertising brought in a number of new clients, and then the word of mouth about my company spread from there. Today my business is doing extremely well and even though I do not have to worry anymore about getting new clients, I still need the answering service to handle the many calls I receive throughout the day, and off hours.
